PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 and 675:7 that an application for a Site Plan Review for Allrose Farm Country Weddings by Michele Perron at 121 East Road lot R5 34-1 will be submitted to the Planning Board on April 27, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at the Greenfield Town Offices during a regular meeting of the Board. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets the submission requirements of the Site Plan Review application, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete, and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. Should a decision not be reached at the public hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the
Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
This is a new application for Site Plan Review due to the withdrawal of a previous application.
All previous evidence and testimony given is considered null and void.
